Aayush Homam puja ceremony.
We will require the following items: Kalasa Chombu, 16 bricks and 2 bonds of sand, 4 silver coins, Mugu Pindi, Peeta (one set for the Iyer, three sets for the thambathi and son), and Maavudi aaku.
On this auspicious occasion, performing the paadha puja is a significant part of the program. In this paadha puja, the person celebrating their birthday will have the honor of performing the paadha puja for their parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, maternal and paternal uncles, and aunts. Following the paadha puja, the individual can present new dress sets to the thambathis (spouses) and receive blessings.
The Chief Pandit will oversee the ceremony, with one support pandit and three additional pandits assisting in collecting Navagraha dhanam.

The Pandit will arrive at 8 am to prepare the puja setup. The puja will start at 9 am, with Poorna Huthi at 11:30 am, followed by the paadha puja from 11:30 am to 12 noon. After the paadha puja, we will proceed with the haarathi.

Mangala Snanam is often a part of the Ayush Homam ceremony. It is a sacred ritual bath performed before or during the Ayush Homam, a highly revered Vedic ritual performed to bless a person with longevity, health, and well-being. Ayush Homam is a traditional Vedic ceremony performed to invoke blessings for longevity, health, and well-being. The Mangala Snanam ritual bath is believed to purify and rejuvenate the person. This ritual is often performed in the early morning.
For the birthday boy, as well as the father and mother, it is advised to skip breakfast and directly proceed to lunch. This is to ensure that they can perform the puja rituals appropriately. However, for those who are under medical treatment, it is crucial that you do not skip breakfast. Please ensure that you take your breakfast as per your medical needs.
